Egg Russian Roulette with Jimmy Fallon and A-Rod
Egg Russian Roulette
This is a classic- Jimmy Fallon, on The Tonight Show on NBC in ther States is always goofing around- that’s his job, but he’s come up with a great little competition to play with his guests: Egg Russian Roulette.
Watch Alex Rodriguez, otherwise known as A-Rod who is a Dominican-American former professional baseball player who played for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers, and New York Yankees. getting YOLKED!
Rodriguez and Fallon were both in Yankees uniforms (although A-Rod sportingly took off his helmet before the game commenced, he did wear his batting gloves though).
8 hard-boiled and four raw eggs were brought to the interview table- all painted as oval baseballs. Then it was time to take it in turns to smash them on their heads.
Fallons first strike was raw. A-Rod got yolked on the second swing prompting a hilarious reaction.
Alex Rodriguez
So, what was the A-Rod like at baseball when he played?
Well, in 2004 during his first season with the Yankees, Rodriguez hit .286 with 36 home runs, 106 RBIs, 112 runs scored and 28 stolen bases.
He became one of only three players in Major League history to hit more than 35 home runs, 100 runs and 100 RBIs in seven consecutive seasons, joining Hall of Famers Babe Ruth and Jimmie Foxx.
Pretty phenomenal in other words!
